How we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data — and the rights you hold over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Version 1.0

CyberVijay Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Cyber Vijay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who engages with us. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how we protect it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal data we process as a Data Fiduciary — through our website, enquiry forms, marketing, and the course of delivering advisory and managed services to our clients. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client under a services agreement, we act as a Data Processor, and that client’s privacy notice and our contract govern that processing.

2. Data we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

We do not intentionally collect special or sensitive categories of personal data through this website. Please do not submit such data in free-text fields.

3. How we use your data

4. Lawful basis & consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and compliance with law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

6. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Where personal data is transferred or stored outside India, we apply appropriate safeguards and only transfer to jurisdictions permitted under applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to satisfy legal, tax and regulatory requirements, and to resolve disputes. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a longer period is required.

8. How we protect your data

As a cybersecurity firm, protection is our discipline. We apply an ISO/IEC 27001-aligned information security management system, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), least-privilege access, network segmentation, logging and monitoring, and regular assessment of our own controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We continuously work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
