Any engagement is subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable data-processing terms, which prevail over these Terms in the event of conflict for that engagement.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure without our prior written consent;

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberVijay Technologies and its personnel from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a services contract.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
